Are you a kickass therapist looking for flexibility, autonomy, and a team that actually has your back? Sanity Center in Peoria, AZ, is looking for down-to-earth therapists—whether you're independently licensed or associate-level—to join our squad!

What We’re Looking For:

Arizona licensure: Open to LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT

Ability to see at least 12 clients a week, with options to increase your caseload and earn tiered pay incentives if you want more hours

Some evening availability to accommodate after-work or after-school sessions

Open to both in-office and virtual sessions (we handle the EHR, billing, and virtual platform setup)

Passionate about providing personalized care—bonus points if you work with couples or families!

Supervision available for associate-level therapists
