Licensed Therapist Wanted – Flexibility, Support, and No Burnout!

Are you a kickass therapist who wants flexibility, autonomy, and a team that actually has your back? Sanity Center in Peoria, AZ, is looking for a compassionate and down-to-earth therapist to join our squad!

What We’re Looking For:

Independently licensed in Arizona (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Ability to see at least 12 clients a week (we believe in keeping things manageable and balanced). If you’d like to see more, we offer the option to increase your caseload—with tiered pay incentives for higher client volumes.

We’re looking for someone with some evening availability to accommodate clients who need after-work or after-school sessions

Open to both in-office and virtual sessions (we’ve got the EHR, billing, and virtual platforms covered)

Passionate about providing personalized care—and if you work with couples or families, even better!
