  • Katie Petty - Therapist (LCSW)

    Compassionate Listener - Katie, a licensed clinical Social Worker, brings over a decade of experience in mental health services, skillfully engaging with children, families, and adults alike. As a skilled facilitator of transformative experiences, she navigates individuals through personal journeys with a steadfast commitment to honesty, growth, and the disruption of harmful cycles in our daily lives. Specializing in trauma treatment, EMDR, and various therapeutic modalities, Katie is dedicated to aiding individuals in achieving their unique goals. She firmly believes that the cornerstone of effective therapy lies in the connection between client and therapist. By meeting people where they are and fostering a safe, supportive environment, Katie ensures that each individual can discover the ideal therapeutic "fit" for their needs.

  • Jamie Richardson - Therapist (LMSW)

    Kind Empath - Jamie is a licensed master’s level Social Worker well-versed in collaborating with diverse populations of individuals, families, and youth within various systems. A proud graduate from Arizona State University, Jamie was inspired to pursue a career as a therapist to create a safe, comfortable space for her clients to feel welcome, seen, and heard.

    Jamie is passionate about working with individuals through trauma, grief/loss, abuse, major life transitions, and mental health relating to depression, anxiety, and more. She believes that a great therapeutic relationship is formed through vulnerability, honesty, and understanding that you, the client, are truly in charge of your therapeutic experience! A few tools that Jamie utilizes in practice consists of: mindfulness, identifying strengths and coping skills, and CBT.

    In her daily life, Jamie can either be found taking her two dachshund pups for “walkies” or glued to the couch with them as her cuddle bugs.

  • Suzanna (Suzie) Cano-King- Therapist (LPC)

    Calming Encourager - Suzie is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience facilitating groups and working with adolescents and adults in individual settings. She is a native Arizonian who enjoys hiking/running and spending time with family and friends.

    Suzie believes it is important to meet people where they are, with focus on who you actually are, to aid in achieving your version of overall wellness. She utilizes DBT, CBT, and somatic focused skills, is trained in EMDR, is a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist – Individual (CCTSI), and is certified in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy. In short/ “human language”, this means she genuinely practices from a mind-body-soul approach! She has experience working with a diverse population and loves working from a strengths-based perspective.   • Jennifer Simpson - Therapist (LPC)

    Crazy Genuine - Jennifer is a Licensed Professional Counselor with several years of experience in hospital, residential, and outpatient settings with both children and adults.

    Jen’s vision was to develop counseling services on the West Side to help families in conflict, struggling teens and pre-teens, and works with young adults for individual therapy. Jennifer works with younger children but believes that family work is needed (rather than 1:1) for these developmental years.

    Jen is versed in trauma treatment, EMDR, parenting interventions, and more!

    Wife and Mother of 3, and with a huge extended family herself - Jennifer is not only trained but also empathetic to the fact that “the struggle is REAL” and that it truly does take “a village”.

  • Chelsea Zendarski - Therapist (LMSW)

    Wild Child - Chelsea is a trauma informed licensed Master’s level Social Worker with a strong background in individual trauma, family trauma, emergency and crisis services, and both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. Chelsea’s dream was to create a space that would invite the realness and rawness of being a human in this very complex world. Chelsea’s clients typically range from older adolescents, individual adults, couples, and families who are ready to address whatever it is in life that may be creating a blockage or barrier for them.

    Chelsea’s experiences allow her to see the genuine need to explore self, protect self, and to find a way to live life to the fullest despite “the stuff” we have accumulated along the way.

  • Janna Corda, Certified Body Image Coach & Yoga Instructor

    Quiet Storm - Janna prefers to stay behind the scenes and let others shine. She has been proudly doing so as our Director of Operations this year and is passionate about building a comforting and safe space for clients to come and grow.

    Janna genuinely believes in the importance of the mind, body and soul connection in regards to health and well-being. She is a Certified Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga instructor. She is also certified in children’s yoga as well as mindful meditation.

    As our certified body image coach, Janna wants everyone to truly know their worth, who they are and live with more confidence, self worth and purpose. Janna feels passionately about connecting with people and helping them to break free from the prison that diet culture and beauty standards place on us. Janna wants to help others understand that no matter what you have been through in life, what others have said to or about you, or what you may think of yourself - you matter as a person and you deserve to feel good, be happy and experience tranquility throughout your life.

  • *Now Working With* Lotus Heart Healing Jennifer Welch, Nurse Practitioner (APRN PMHNP-BC)

    Our Practice has connected with a Board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She has been working in mental health for over 11 years. After losing several family members to substance use and mental health battles, a passion sparked to help patients improve their quality of life in the role of advanced nursing. It can be very challenging to find psychiatric services and the wait lists can be endless, which fueled her determination to provide services to those unable to find care. Her personable and nonjudgmental approach allows patients a safe space to share their struggles. Jennifer realizes the courage it takes to seek mental health services and is committed to meet each patient where they are at in their treatment goals.
